Return & Refund Policy

At Aura Electric, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of headphones, watches, or any electronic gadgets, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (with all cables, manuals, and accessories).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of physical damage or misuse.

  • Products with missing serial numbers or tampered seals.

  • Opened "In-ear" headphones (due to hygiene reasons, unless defective).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, Aura Electric will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
